1. Acceptance & General Use
By accessing and utilizing the Boota platform, you explicitly agree to these conditions. Our infrastructure is strictly provisioned for legitimate, authorized load-testing and capacity evaluation of networks and systems where you hold explicit administrative rights or verifiable consent.
2. Prohibited Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against malicious usage. It is strictly forbidden to deploy our network against third-party systems without consent, target critical public infrastructure, bypass our internal safety blacklists, or engage in any form of cyber-harassment or fraud. Any detection of abuse will result in an immediate, permanent suspension of your access without notice.
3. Account Security
Your authentication token acts as your sole credential. You are entirely responsible for maintaining its secrecy and for all traffic generated under your account. We do not compensate or restore accounts compromised due to negligence or token sharing.
4. Payments, Limits & Refunds
All top-ups and active subscriptions are processed exclusively via cryptocurrency networks. Due to the irreversible nature of these transactions, all payments are absolutely final. We do not issue refunds for unused time, partial usage, or accounts terminated due to policy violations. Plan capacities (such as maximum concurrent limits and durations) are strictly enforced by the system.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
Boota is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime, we offer no absolute warranties regarding uninterrupted service. Under no circumstances shall the platform operators be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use our tools.
